  • At our firm, we specialize in the all-cash purchase of properties throughout Brooklyn and Queens, New York City. While our primary focus is on these areas, we may also consider purchasing properties in Manhattan, Bronx, and Nassau County, NY if the deal is highly attractive.
  • We typically purchase 1, 2, 3, and 4 family buildings, but we may consider buildings with a higher number of units if they are vacant or almost vacant at the time of closing. The condition of the property is almost irrelevant to us, as we buy all-cash and do not require inspection contingency. In many cases, we don’t even need access to the property – simply provide us with the building size, location, and asking price, and we will respond promptly.
  • We are equipped to handle complex situations, including occupied houses that require eviction, boarded-up properties, and buildings with violations. Our closing process is efficient, and we can schedule a closing date in as little as 3-7 days. We are willing to sign “time of the essence, on or before” to assure the seller that we are ready, able, and willing to close.
  • We are interested in attractive all-cash deals, preferably off-market or properties that you have some control over. Please refrain from sending properties found on MLS or lists circulated widely.
  • We welcome property locators, real estate agents, and other developers who are interested in flipping properties at a price that makes sense to contact us. We believe in fair compensation and will generously compensate anyone who brings us a lead or contract. We value long-term relationships, therefore we do not cut compensation at the closing table.
